Hustle. Hustle. Hustle! How many times have you hustled to get things done? Or you’re drained, but still tell yourself, “if I don’t do it now, it won’t get done.”

In some sense, as small business owners, we all fall victim to hustle culture. But when does hustle culture become counterproductive to our business and, more importantly, our self-care?

Yes, it’s wonderful to have goals you want to reach in your small business, but we can’t forget to include the needs of the human behind the business. It doesn’t mean that all else falls aside; it just means you have to prioritize differently.

The dedication isn’t to your business; the dedication is to you.
